ERM offers a solution for E-Call (Emergency Call) services. By using various communication methods together with tracking and other functionalities and abilities, the solution enables the generation of an automatic call in emergency situations such as accidents.
This solution consists of sensors that detect accidents in real time, and a speaker and a microphone to enable dual speech communication between the driver and the service center. When the system detects an emergency event, an automatic call is generated to a pre-defined number where an operator can hear and talk with the driver to assist him.
The solution enables to add a panic button, to initiate a manual call.
